The Common Law Admission Test (CLAT), is an all India common entrance examination, that is organized on rotational basis by 19 National Law Universities (NLUs) for admissions to their UG and PG degree programmes.

Eligibility Required Filling Up CLAT Application Form:

Qualification Required for CLAT 2018:

UNDER-GRADUATE PROGRAMME [Five Year Integrated Law Degree (Hon’s)]

A Pass in 10+2 or an equivalent examination with a minimum of (i) Forty-Five percentage (45%) of marks in case of candidates belonging to unreserved/OBC/Specially Abled Persons/NRI/NRI Sponsored categories and (ii) Forty percentage (40%) of marks in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST categories. Candidates appearing for the qualifying examination in March/April, 2018 are also eligible to apply
POST-GRADUATE PROGRAMME (One Year LL.M. Degree)

An LL.B. Degree or an equivalent examination with a minimum of Fifty-Five percentage (55%) of marks in case of candidates belonging to unreserved/OBC/Specially Abled Persons/NRI/NRI Sponsored categories and Fifty percentage (50%) of marks in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST categories. Candidates appearing in the qualifying examination in April/May, 2018 are also eligible to apply.

Age Limitations for filling up CLAT Registration Form:

There is no age limit for candidates to fill up the CLAT Application Form 2018

How to Fill Up CLAT Application Form?

  • Log on to the official website i.e. www.clat.ac.in
  • After reaching the homepage select and hit on appropriate link regarding CLAT 2018 Application form
  • Afterwards if you are a registered use then enter your Log in Credentials and then hit on Log In tab
  • Else if you are a new user then hit on New user tab and then fill up the CLAT Online Registration Form
  • Complete all the details and then hit on submission tab
  • Once you hit an another CLAT Online Application Form will appear in front of you
  • Fill up the details asked in the CLAT Application Form 2018
  • Upload all the required testimonials like scanned images of photograph, signature, SAP Certificate, SAP Declaration Form (if applicable).
  • Afterwards go to the payment option and pay the requisite amount of application fees
  • Once all the details are completely filled up recheck all again and then hit on final submission tab
