What is the IIT JAM Admission Procedure?

Students first have to satisfy IIT JAM Eligibility 2019 Criteria to get admission in M.Sc PG degree & dual degree programmes at IISc& IITs. After that shortlisted candidates will be called for Joint Admission Test for M.Sc (JAM).

IIT JAM 2019 Exam

Joint Admission Test will be held in computer-based mode into two sessions that is 9 AM to 12 Noon & 2 PM to 5 PM. The questions will be asked in three different patterns such as Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ), Multiple Select Questions (MSQ), and Numerical Answer Type (NAT) questions.

There are total 07 papers with three hours durations each. The medium of the exam will be English only and it contains 60 questions which will be asked in the examination. The question paper will be of 100 marks and there is negative marking only in Section A.
