• If you have a Kerala Ration Card and want to register into the website then you are required to enter the bar – code number, which you will find on the last page of your card.

• Fill Kerala Ration Card Online Application Form with complete and correct details in accurate manner.
• Fill all fields with red mark. You have to submit a passport size photo. The size of the photo should not exceed 50 KB and the size should be 65 X 80 JPG format.
• While submitting you have to attach residential and income certificates.
• Hit on “Submit” tab for final submission of Kerala Ration Card Form.
