Eligibility Criteria:

Head (HR/IR): Candidates must be Graduate with 2 years full time Post Graduate Degree /Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relation or MBA with specialization in HR with a minimum 22 years relevant experience in IR, or its equivalent.

General Manager (Finance): In order to get NINL Manager Recruitment, candidates should have a Degree and ACA/ AICWA with a minimum 22 years relevant experience in corporate financial management and accounts.

Deputy General Manager: candidates must be Graduate with 2 years full time Post Graduate Degree /Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relation or MBA with specialization in HR with Minimum 19 year’s relevant experience in relevant field.
