NMAT is a university level admission test conducted for providing admission to the management programmes such as MBA or other management courses. Language Skills, Quantitative Skills are among the topics from which questions are asked in the Test.

NMAT Paper Format 2018
Candidates can start with any of the section. Each of the section will have their own individual time limit. Here, the test takers are required to complete the questions of the particular section within the time-period.
If a candidate completes solving the questions within the required time-limit, then they can either choose to revise their answers or move to next section. However, it must be noted that the balanced timing cannot be added to the section’s timing.
|Mode of the Exam||National Management Aptitude Test is conducted through online mode (Computer Based Exam).|
|Subjects||Exam consists of three parts: Language skills, Quantitative skills & Logical Reasoning.|
|Type of Questions||As per NMAT 2018 Exam Pattern, Objective Type (Multiple Choices) questions are asked in exam. . There will be no descriptive type questions.|

NMAT Marking Scheme 2018
For every correct answer +3 marks would be awarded. There is no negative marking for wrong answers. The score of every candidate goes through an equating process to account for any difference in difficulty level and also to ensure that all the test takers are on a level ground.

NMAT Exam Pattern 2018 – Sectional Details
Aspirants may understand structure of the sections and get familiar with the topics and sub-topics asked in paper.
To solve this particular section, contenders will be provided 60 minutes to solve 48 questions. Maximum marks of this section are 144. Most of the questions need quick oral calculations and mathematical skills of candidates.

Logical Reasoning Skills:
In this section, most of the questions are asked from Data Arrangements, Series & Sequences, Direction Sense and Input/ Output analysis, etc. There are total 40 questions and time allotted for this section is 38 minutes.
