About AP RCET 2018
Andhra University got responsibility from Andhra Pradesh State Council for Higher Education (APSCHE) for conducting AP RCET 2018 (Research Common Entrance Test).
For the first time, Research Common Entrance Test is conducting in Andhra Pradesh for the admission to M.Phil and Ph.D. courses. Candidates who qualify the entrance test will be eligible for admission to research courses in universities across the AP state.
AP RCET 2018 Entrance Test is conducted to fill up 500 M.Phil and 2,400 Ph.D. seats in various Andhra Pradesh universities across the state. Andhra University will conduct AP RCET 2018 in 73 subjects.

What Is Further Procedure?
APRCET Exam Result 2018 has been released. Those who are qualified as per APRCET Entrance Test Result 2018 have been shortlisted in the merit list. Selected candidates are eligible for interview for admission into Ph.D (Full Time and Part Time) / M.Phil (Full Time and Part Time) in various Universities of Andhra Pradesh State
Candidates who have qualified entrance test will be called for Viva-Voce/ interview by concerned university and department. Interview will be conducted for 20 marks. Final selection of candidates will be made on the basis of candidate’s performance in entrance test and interview.
