BHU PET Exam Pattern 2019:

BHU PET M.A. Economics Exam Scheme:

  • MA Economics question paper of BHU PET 2019 will be held both in Hindi and English.
  • Candidates appearing for the entrance test must be familiar with exam pattern.

PET M.A. Economics Overview:

  • Duration-2 hours
  • Total Number of Question-120
  • Total Marks- 360
  • Mode of Examination-Offline
  • Marking Scheme-3 marks will be awarded to every correct answer
  • Negative Marking-1 will be deducted for each incorrect response.

BHU PET M.Com Exam Scheme:

  • Mode of Exam- offline
  • Duration- 2 hours
  • Language- English/Hindi
  • Total Marks-  360 marks
  • Type of questions- Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)

  • Segregation of Questions and Marks-There will be of 60 MCQs of 180 marks in each section. Both section A and B are compulsory to attempt.

M.Sc In Health Sciences Exam Scheme:

  • Number of questions: 150 multiple choice questions for 450 marks
  • Time: 150 minutes
  • Out of 150 questions, 125 questions will be asked from Statics taught at undergraduate level and remaining 25 will be based on statistical techniques application in life sciences.

M.Sc in Bioinformatics Exam Scheme:

  • The paper contains 150 multiple choice questions to be solved for 450 marks
  • Time duration to complete the paper is 150 minutes
  • Paper is divided into two sections i.e. Section A and Section B
  • Section A comprises 30 multiple choice questions of 90 marks in total.
  • Questions are based on Mathematics and Statistics and Computer Science at elementary level.
  • Section B will comprise 40 MCQs of 360 marks. Questions are asked from Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

M.Sc in Molecular and Human Genetics:

  • Number of questions: 150 multiple choice questions of carrying 450 marks
  • Time duration :2 hours

M.Sc (Maths, Statistics), M.Sc (Physics, Chemistry), M.Sc (Tech), Geophysics:

  • 150 multiple choice questions carrying 450 marks.
  • Time duration to complete the paper is 150 minutes.
  • Questions will be asked from the subjects like Physics and Mathematics.

M.Sc in Applied Microbiology:

  • 150 multiple choice questions asked from the subjects like Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics for 450 marks
  • Time duration to complete the paper is 150 minutes

M.Sc in Environmental Science:

  • Time: 2 hours
  • Multiple choice graduate level questions: carrying 360 marks.
  • Paper is divided into 2 sections :i.e. Section A and Section B
  • Section A: 30 questions from Basic Environment Science and 60 questions from Chemistry.
  • Section B: Three Sub sections namely Life Science, Physics and Geology.

M.Sc in Environment Science and Technology:

  • There are 150 multiple choice questions of graduate level carrying 450 marks
  • Time: 150 minutes
  • 50 questions will be on General Sciences & Environment Engineering and 100 questions are asked from Environment Science & Engineering

M.Sc in Computational Science and Application in Signal Processing:

  • Paper will have 150 questions carrying 450 marks.
  • You will be allotted 150 minutes to solve paper.
  • 50 questions will be based on Statistics, 50 on Mathematics and 50 on Computer Science.

M.Sc in Forensic Science:

  • Paper will be held for 360 marks.
  • Time to complete the paper is 120 minutes.
  • In section A, 60 questions are from General Sciences and 20 questions are asked from Analytical Ability, Reasoning and Logical Skills
  • In section B, questions are asked from Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology

  • The paper shall contain 120 multiple choice questions carrying 360 marks.
  • Time: 120 minutes

M.Sc in Plant Biotechnology:

  • The paper shall contain 120 multiple choice questions carrying 360 marks.
  • Total time duration to complete the paper is 120 minutes
  • Questions will be from B.Sc Agriculture or B.Sc with Biology or B.Sc Biotechnology.

MA in Arts and Social Sciences:

The examination will be conducted through offline mode only i.e. it is a pen paper based test.

  • Time duration: 2 hours
  • Number of questions: 120 multiple choice questions
  • Marks: 360 marks

BHU PET L.L.M Exam Scheme 2019:

For LLM course, PET 2019 will have one question paper which will carry 120 multiple choice questions on following topics.

  • Subjects: Constitutional Law, Jurisprudence, Law of Crimes, Law of Torts,  Law of Contracts, Public International Law, Environmental Law, Hindu Law Indian Evidence Act and Muslim Law.
  • Time: 2 hours will be given to a candidate to complete the entrance test which will be of 360 marks in total.
  • Language: The paper will be help both in English and Hindi.

BHU PET M.A. Mass Communication Exam Pattern 2019:

Those appearing for BHU Mass Communication 2019 must be aware about the exam pattern of the entrance test.

BHU PET M.C.A Exam Patten 2019:

For MCA course offered by the University, PET will have one paper for the duration of 2 hours in offline mode.

PET MCA Exam Scheme:

  • Number of Sections- There will be two sections- Mathematical Aptitude (nearly 80 questions), and Analytical and Logical Reasoning (around 40 questions).
  • Language- English
  • Type of questions- Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
  • Total Number of Questions- 120
  • Total Marks: 360 marks
