Purpose of BVP CET Exam

Tie Breaker Criteria

In case when two or more candidates obtain equal rank in CET (Engineering) – 2019, then inter se merit for such candidates will be determined in order of preference as under:

• Candidates having higher marks in Mathematics in the entrance test will be allotted ranked higher, If the tie still exists,
• Candidates obtaining higher aggregate percentage of marks in H.S.C./equivalent examinations will be allotted ranked higher, If the tie is still not resolved,
• Candidates having higher percentage of marks in Mathematics in 10th standard examination will be ranked higher, If the tie still persists
• Computerized random selection of the candidate will be carried out.
