CG TET Entrance Exam Date 2019:

Teacher Eligibility Test –Levels as Follows:
I. Primay Level (Class I-V)
II. Upper Primary Level (Class IV-VIII)

Educational Qualification:
1) Minimum Educational Qualifications for becoming Teacher for Classes I-V (Primary Level):
- Higher Secondary or its equivalent with at least 50% marks or 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known)
OR - Higher Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and 2-years Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulations, 2002.
OR - Higher Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
OR - Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education).
OR - Graduation and two year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known)
2) Minimum Educational Qualification for becoming Teacher for Classes VI-VIII (Elementary Level):
- Graduation and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) as per CG TET Notification or
- Graduation with at least 50% marks and Bachelor in Education (B.Ed) in Pedagogy/ 2-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed) or
- Graduation with at least 45% marks and Bachelor in Education (B.Ed), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulation as per CG TET 2019 Notification or
- Higher Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4-year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) or
- Higher Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4-year B.A/B.Sc.Ed or B.A. Ed/ B.Sc.Ed. or
- Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year B.Ed. (Special Education)

Selection Procedure to become Government Teacher in Chhattisgarh:
To become government teacher, you must qualify Chhattisgarh TET 2019 conducted by Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board Raipur as per CG TET 2019 Notification.
CG TET Exam Pattern 2019:
For Paper-I:
The duration of the examination will be 1 ½ hour. The paper will consist of 150 questions for 150 marks
