TISSNET 2018 Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must hold Bachelor’s Degree in concerned discipline with good academic records from well recognized University / Institute.
• Contenders studying in three and four-year degree programmes should have passed in all the subjects of semester 1 to semester 4 and semester 1 to semester 6 respectively.

• Admission will be done on basis of TISS National Entrance Test, Pre-Interview Test / Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
• Applicants who clear the written test will be appearing for GD-PI rounds.
• The Weightage for the General & reserved category should be 50% for TISSNET, 30% for PIT & 30% for PI.

TISSNET Exam Pattern 2018

• The exam will be conducted through online mode (computer based test).
• The questions will be asked from General Knowledge, Analytical Ability, Logical Reasoning & English Proficiency.
• The duration of the exam will be 100 minutes.
• Total 100 questions will be asked in the question paper.
• No negative marking for wrong answer.

Instructions to Fill TISSNET 2018 Application Form

Contenders can apply for TISSNET 2018 either through online mode or through offline mode:

Online Mode:

• To fill TISSNET 2018 Registration Form, candidates are required to visit the official site of Tata Institute of Social Sciences that is www.tiss.edu.
• On home page of official site go to “Admissions” section and hit the link.
• Then on next page, select and hit the appropriate link to apply online.
• First read the complete notification and press on appropriate link to register.
• After that, must fill the TISS NET Application Form with complete details in correct manner.
• Upload the scanned passport size photograph, signature and thumb impression.
• Make payment of requisite application fee.
• At last, press “Submit” button for the final submission of TISSNET 2018 Registration and take a hard copy of Application Form for future use.

Offline Mode:

• Applicants will get the offline application form by Speed Post through sending an application request with application fees to the given address: Asisistant Registrar (Academic), TATA Institute of Social Sciences, Deonar Mumbai, 400088.
• Now fill the offline application form with all necessary information in an appropriate manner and attach photo copies of required documents and submit it to postal address which is given in official TISSNET 2018 Notification.
