What is Google Scholarship Doodle 4 Google Contest?
Google Scholarship (Doodle 4 Google Contest) India is designed to encourage the students and their parents/guardians on their behalf (“Entrant(s)” or “You”) to use their imagination and interpretation skills and design a Google logo.
Doodle for Google Contest 2022 Theme
This year the Doodle 4 Google Theme 2022 is “I care for myself by ……”. Candidates need to design their Doodle keeping the theme in mind. As per this theme, Google is asking you to share how you nurture yourself in tough times. What do you do to feel better when you’re feeling down?

| Details | Students studying in classes 01 to 10 are eligible to be a part of the Doodle 4 Google Contest. For Doodle 4 Google Competition, classes have been segregated into five groups:

| Entries to be considered disqualified | If copyrighted or trademarked images and logos are used while creating Doodle. For example Nike “swoosh” or popular characters from shows, movies, and books. 01 application per candidate will be accepted. If any candidate submits more than 1 application then only the first one will be considered, the rest will be disqualified. |

Google Scholarship Amount 2022
- The National Winner will receive:
- INR 500,000 college scholarship,
- INR 200,000 Technology package for their school,
- Certificate/Trophy of Achievement,
- A trip to Google India Office, Googley Swag.
- Google will select 20 finalists, each will receive:
- Certificate/Trophy of Achievement,
- A trip to Google India Office, Googley Swag.
- Candidates declared as finalists have to attend the ceremony along with their parents.
- For Finalist candidates who will travel from interstate in India, Google will provide:
- Return economy class air travel/ first-class rail transport and car/ bus transfer from the airport to the hotel for the finalist,
- One parent or guardian plus 1-night of hotel accommodation.
- Finalist candidates who come from the same state where the ceremony happens will be given the most efficient mode of transport for him/her and one parent or guardian plus 1-night of hotel accommodation
- Google will manage the dinner, breakfast, and lunch for each finalist and his or her parent or guardian.
Doodle for Google Selection Procedure
Doodle 4 Google will be evaluated and scored based on the following “Criteria”:
| Artistic merit | Drawing skills and use of color; |
| Creativity and originality | Considering the representation of the Contest theme “I care for myself by ……”. and the use of the Google logo, as well as the unique and novel approach to the Doodle; |
| Communication of the Contest theme in both the drawing and supporting statement | How well the Entrant explains the theme, represents in the supporting statement and drawing; |
TIE-BREAKER
In case is there is a tie between candidates, then the tie will get broken on the basis of:
- Judges will again vote for the tied doodles.
- Decisions of the judges are final and binding.
- In the event there are not enough eligible entries, not all prizes will be awarded.
- If it happens that a candidate is not present at the ceremony to receive the prize then that prize will be transferred to another candidate

How to Apply for Google Scholarship 2022?
Candidates follow the step-wise Google Scholarship 2022 Apply Online procedure explained as follows:
- First of all, follow this link “doodles.google.co.in/d4g”.
- Press the “Enter a Doodle” tab and then you will be redirected to a new page.
- Choose the applying method from: “Enter Online”, “Download Entry Form” or “Enter by mail” as per your convenience.
- Complete the Google Scholarship Form appropriately and completely.
- Carefully package the doodle in an envelope so that it won’t get damaged, affix the proper postage, and mail it to one of the following addresses.
