XAT Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility Criteria:

Streams Qualification Requirement
For Human Resource Management and Business Management
  • All Indian candidates must appear for exam.
  • Candidates must have completed their Bachelor’s Degree of minimum three years duration or equivalent in any discipline.  Those completing their final examination by June 10, 2017 may also apply.
  • However NRI and foreign candidates may apply through GMAT score (except Dubai and Kathmandu where in candidates have option of appearing for Xavier Admission Test 2017).
For General Management Programme
  • Candidates must hold Bachelor’s Degree of minimum three years duration in India/abroad with at least 5 years of managerial/supervisory experience by March 31, 2017.
  • Candidates may apply either through Xavier Admission Test 2017 or GMAT score (taken between December 01, 2014 and December 20, 2016).

XAT Selection Process:

  • Candidates will be selected on the basis of their marks obtained in Xavier Aptitude Test conducts by Xavier Association of Management Institutes (XAMI) for admission in top management colleges.
  • The Xavier Admission Test Score is being used by more than 100 institutes for the admission. Candidates have to appear for General discussion and Personal Interview rounds.

XAT Exam Pattern 2017:

Xavier Admission Test will be a pen & paper based examination and it will be conducted in two papers such as paper 1 and paper 2.
