AP ICET Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should be Indian Nationals and should satisfy local/non-local status requirements laid down in the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulations of Admission) Order, 1974 as amended. The AP ICET Eligibility Criteria in terms of educational qualifications are stated below.

Required Qualification:

1st year of MBA	Degree of 3 years duration with Mathematics as one of the subjects at the 10th class level.
1st year of MCA	Degree of 3 years duration with “Mathematics” as one of the subjects at Intermediate or Degree level.
2nd year of Lateral entry into MCA	BCA or Degree holders in IT/CS with Mathematics at 10+2 or Degree level.

How to fill AP ICET 2023 Application Form?

Follow the simple instructions listed below to apply for AP ICET 2023:

• First of all, students need to open the official website of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education which is sche.ap.gov.in.
• After reaching the homepage, select the “AP ICET – 2023” link i.e. visible on the middle side of the page.
• Hit the “Notification” tab from the menu bar and read the entire details very carefully.
• After that, pay Fee Payment for AP ICET – 2023 by selecting the “STEP – 1 Fee Payment” option.
• After submission of the requisite amount of fee, you need to select the “STEP – 3 Fill Application Form (only after Fee Payment)” link.
• Fill AP ICET Online Application Form with required information such as Payment Reference ID *, Qualifying Examination Hall Ticket No *, Mobile Number * and Date of Birth * (dd/mm/yyyy).
• After that, hit the “Proceed to Fill Application form” button and fill entire details in the AP ICET Online Form.
• Upload digital images of all documents (if required) and submit your AP ICET Application Form.
• At last, don’t forget to take a printout of the duly filled AP ICET Online Application Form and keep it safe for future reference.

AP ICET Application Fee:

• The Fee for AP ICET Application Form can be submitted online & offline.
• You can use a Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or AP/ TS online center for payment.
• The Application Fee is Rs.650/- for OC, R.600 for BC, and Rs. 550 for SC/ST applicants.

Andhra Pradesh ICET Admission Process

• Students’ admission in 1st year of the MBA/MCA Course and 2nd-year lateral entry into the MCA Course will be based on qualifying marks obtained in the A.P. Education Common Entrance Test followed by AP ICET Counselling.
• Candidates, whose names will be available on AP ICET Merit List, are only eligible to appear in Counselling Session.

AP ICET 2023 Exam Pattern

• Mode of Exam: Offline mode (Pen & Paper mode).
• Total Marks: The AP ICET exam has a total weightage of 200 marks.
• No. of Questions: The question paper consists of 200 questions.
• Duration of Exam:  150 minutes
• Marking Scheme: For every correct answer, 1 mark will be awarded. There will be no negative marking.
