A newly joined AAO will be on probation of 1 year which extends up to 2 years. Before joining as Probationer, individuals need to serves Life Insurance Corporation Limited for at least 4 years.
If he fails to serve for minimum time period then he will be liable to pay damages of Rs. 20 lakhs approx. An AAO is responsible for all this administrative work in Life Insurance Sector:
