VITEEE 2017 Eligibility Criteria:

  • Candidates whose date of birth falls on or after 1st July 1995 are eligible to apply for VITEEE-2018.
  • Candidates should have secured an aggregate of 60% in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/ Biology in the qualifying examination (+2 / Intermediate).
  • Average marks obtained in subjects Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or Biology (PCM / PCB) in +2 (or its equivalent) put together should be 50% for the SC / ST & North Eastern State.
  • Candidates who have studied in Regular, Full Time and Formal Education are only eligible to apply.
  • ‘NIOS’ candidates are also eligible to appear for the VITEEE-2018.

B.Tech Fee Structure:

Group – A Fees in INR
Tuition Fees (Per Annum) 1,33,000 *
Special Fees [Inclusive of Examination, Library Fee etc] [per annum] 30,000
Total 1,63,000
At the time of admission the following also needs to be paid:
Admission Fees (One Time payment) 10,000
Caution Deposit (Refundable) 3,000
Total fees to be paid for the first year 1,76,000
Group – B Fees in INR
Tuition Fees (Per Annum) 1,55,000 *
Special Fees [Inclusive of Examination, Library Fee etc] [per annum] 30,000
Total 1,85,000
At the time of admission the following also needs to be paid:
Admission Fees (One Time payment) 10,000
Caution Deposit (Refundable) 3,000
Total fees to be paid for the first year 1,98,000

How To Fill VITEEE Online Application Form?

Candidates can either apply online or offline mode:

  • Contenders, who have decided to take admission, should need to log on to the official website of VIT University i.e. www.vit.ac.in
  • Now, follow the section “Admissions”.
  • From the drop down list select “Undergraduate” option
  • Then hit on appropriate link for “B.Tech. Admissions – 2018-2019”.

  • Read the complete notification and check their eligibility.
  • If find themselves eligible for getting admission then they must go for applying.

Fill proper Details:

  • Press on “Apply Online”
  • Then, fill VITEE online application form with complete details in approved manner.
  • Applicants must upload your scanned Photo, Signature and Thumb Impression.

Make A Fee Payment:

Applier are required to pay Rs.970/- as application fee through (NET Banking / Debit / Credit Card). NRI candidates can pay fee of 50 USD through DD drawn in favour of VIT University.

Final Submission:

  • After filling the application form, press “Submit” button for the final submission of it.
  • At last, take a print out of it for future reference.

Offline Mode:

  • Applicant can obtained Offline forms in person from head post offices or candidates can purchase application at the university counter.
  • By paying Application Cost of 990/-
  • Applicants have to fill application form with all relevant details in correct manner.
  • Attach the Xerox copies of the testimonials and certificates along with application
  • At last, send it through proper channel to the described address

Selection Procedure:

  • Those who got successful in qualifying in the VIT Engineering Entrance Exam are eligible for admissions.
  • Short listed candidates will be called for attending counseling sessions.

  • All the questions will be Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ).
  • PCM (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics): 120 questions (Each 40 questions) & English 5 questions = Total 125 questions
  • PCB (Physics, Chemistry and Biology):120 questions ( Each 40 questions) & English 5 questions = Total 125 questions

Qualifying Marks:

  • In Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics / Biology – aggregate of 60%.
  • Competitors belonging to SC/ST category or hailing from Jammu and Kashmir and Northeast India need an aggregate of 50% marks.
