National Institute of Technology Delhi is responsible for conducting CCMT Counselling 2019. The CCMT result for allotment of seats can be checked at GOAPS using GATE registration number and password.

Who are eligible to apply for CCMT 2019?
Candidates scored suitable GATE Score in any of the three years (2017/2018/2019) are eligible to appear in CCMT 2019 Admission Procedure.
Candidates have to score 6.5 CGPA or 60% (OC/OB categories) or 55% (SC/ST/PwD categories) from recognized university and if result is yet to be announced then candidate has to produce a valid proof of the document till pre-final semester of that year at the reporting centre during DVC.

What is the CCMT 2019 Admission Procedure?
CCMT Admission Procedure 2019 includes three stages that is:
- Online registration, choice filling and locking of choices
- Online Seat Allotment, Seat Acceptance fee deposit and Personal Reporting
- Getting Admitted to ‘Allotted Institute’
#STEP 1: Online registration, choice filling and locking of choices
All eligible candidates should register themselves by visiting to the official website of CCMT by paying the requisite registration fee. The registration fee of INR 2200/- for OC/OB and INR 1700/- for SC/ST/PwD, must be paid only via SBI MOPS.
The registration fee is not reusable and would not be in sync with any other fee. Read thoroughly all the norms before clicking on the “I agree” check box. During the choice filling process, you can change, reorder, delete and add choices of courses till the last date.

#STEP 2: Online Seat Allotment, Seat Acceptance fee deposit and Personal Reporting
- After filling choices for CCMT 2019, candidates will be offered seats on merit basis. Candidates now have three options that is Floating, Sliding and Freezing.
- In case of floating, candidate can wait for higher preferred choice across the institutes.
- Sliding option is used for considering allotment in higher preferred choices within the institute during further rounds of allotment.
- The seat can be reserved if candidate goes for freezing option.
- After that candidate have to report at the RC for document verification and submit self-attested photocopy of documents and proof of the Seat Acceptance Fee payment.
- Duly completing the process, candidates will be issued a Document Verification Certificate (DVC).

#STEP 3: Getting Admitted to ‘Allotted Institute’
At the time of physical reporting in the respective institute, the balance fee has to be paid. Afterwards candidates have to download the ‘Provisional Seat Confirmation’ letter from by visiting www.ccmt.nic.in before the last date.
Documents Required for CCMT 2019 Counselling
- Printout of the Registration form and the locked choices.
- Provisional Seat Allotment letter downloaded from the CCMT website
- Self-attested copy of GATE scorecard (2017 or 2018 or 2019)
- Photo ID proof as per Govt. of India norms
- Original Birth certificate Class X (High School) Board Certificate as proof of date of birth
- Original Mark sheet of Class XII
- Original Grade/Mark sheets of qualifying examination for all semesters
- Original Degree certificate, if completed
- Original Caste Certificate, if applicable.
- Original Certificate for Persons with Disabilities (PwD), if applicable.
- Proof of payment of Seat Acceptance fee.
- Three color passport size photographs
- Original Conduct Certificate from the Head of the institution last attended
- Original Transfer certificate from the Head of the institution last attended
