Further selection Procedure:

Shortlisted candidates who will qualify in prelims exam they are required to qualify the Mains exam as well. The qualified candidates in Mains will further go and have to attend the Personality Test/Interview which will be arranged by the Union Public Service Commission on schedule dates. Those candidates who will be successfully qualify in all the rounds they will be hired for various vacancies such as Indian Administrative Service, Indian Foreign Service, Indian Police Service and other Central Services (Group ‘A’ and Group ‘B’).The candidates must attain original certificates in support of their claims pertaining to age, educational qualifications, community, physical handicap and other documents such as Questionnaire, Attestation Form and TA Form, etc. at the time of their Personality Test.

IAS Main Exam:

All the qualified applicants are suggested to fill up the DAF (CSM) online and submit the same through online mode for admission to the Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2017, which is going to be held from Saturday, the 28th October, 2017. The DAF (CSM) will be available on the website of the Commission from 17th August, 2017 to 31st August, 2017 till 6.00 P.M. Important instructions for filling up of the DAF (CSM) and for submitting the completely filled application form ONLINE, to the Commission, would also be available on the website. Applicants must regularly check the official web portal to get latest updates.
