Railway Exam – Assistant Loco Pilot:
Assistant Loco Pilot also comes under Group C vacancies. The selection of candidates for ALP recruitment is done separately. An Assistant Loco Pilot has huge responsibility of transporting millions of passengers and tons of freight every day.

General Departmental Competitive Examination is conducted for filling up 25% of net direct recruitment vacancies for which indents are otherwise required to be placed before RRB.Only those employees can apply for this exam, who are lower than in grade for which LDCE is held.
