JEEP Syllabus will be of 10th and 12th class standard but it is different as per the courses opted by the students. For engineering & technology courses syllabus contain topics from Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry subjects.

Syllabus of diploma in pharmacy comprise of Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Mathematics subjects. For PG Diploma in Computer Application courses syllabus will have topics from Numerical Ability, General Intelligence, English Comprehension, General Awareness, and Reasoning.

JEEP Exam Center 2019:

Procedure To Apply for Uttarakhand Polytechnic JEEP Online Application Form 2019:

By following the Uttarakhand Polytechnic JEEP Apply Process 2019, you make registration for JEEP 2019.

Step-01: Fill your details carefully, Duplicate Email Address and mobile number not allowed in registration form in a GROUP.

• Candidates are required to go through the official website of the organization that is www.ubter.in
• Hit the “JEEP 2019 ONLINE APPLICATION PORTAL” under “JEEP 2019” at the right side on the home page.
• Already registered candidates have to enter their registration numbers and password.

• New users are required to select their Group and hit on “Apply Now” link.
• Enter the required details for the registration and after wards go for filling Uttarakhand Polytechnic (JEEP) Application Form 2019.

Step-02: Submit fee and print fee receipt, Please check your filled-up form before submission of fee, after submission of fee Edit is not possible.

• Recheck the complete form in appropriate manner.
• Make the payment of the application fee of Rs. 500 + Bank Charges for SC/ST category candidates and other category candidates have to deposit Rs. 800 + Bank Charges via, Debit Card / Credit Card / Internet Banking.
• Applicants are advised to keep with them the copy of the “Online Fee Receipt” as a token of remittance of fee for future reference.

Step-03: Upload Documents, Photograph and Signature

Details Regarding Size of Photograph/ Signature:

1. Photograph Image:

• Photograph must be a recent passport style colour picture.
• Make sure that the picture is in colour, taken against a light-coloured, preferably white, background.
• Look straight at the camera with a relaxed face.
• If the picture is taken on a sunny day, have the sun behind you, or place yourself in the shade, so that you are not squinting and there are no harsh shadows.
• If you have to use flash, ensure there’s no “red-eye”.
• If you wear glasses make sure that there are no reflections and your eyes can be clearly seen.
• Caps, hats and dark glasses are not acceptable. Religious headwear is allowed but it must not cover your face.
• Dimensions 200X230 pixels (preferred).
• Size of file should be between 20kb-50kb.
• Ensure that the size of the scanned image is not more than 50kb. If the size of the file is more than 50kb, then adjust the settings of the scanner OR adjust the size of PHOTO in Paint or any other Picture Tools.

2. Signature Image:

• The applicant has to put signature on white paper with Black/Blue ink pen.
• The signature must be signed only by the applicant and not by any other person.
• The signature will be used to put on admit card and wherever necessary.
• If the Applicant’s signature on the answer sheet, at the time of the examination does not match the signature on the admit card, the applicant will be disqualified.
• Please scan the signature area only and not the entire page.
• Dimensions 140X60 pixels (preferred).
• Size of file should be between 10kb – 20kb.
• Ensure that the size of the scanned image is not more than 20kb.

Step-04: Print Confirmation Page

• Hit the “Submit” tab for the submission of the entered details in appropriate manner.
• Take a print out of the Uttarakhand Polytechnic JEEP 2019 Application Form for future use.

JEEP Admit Card 2019:
