Central Board of Secondary Education is all set to organize NEET Counseling as and when the results for various UG courses such entrance tests will be declared. So all appeared candidates can go through NEET (UG) Dates and get the allotment of seats for getting admission in undergraduate medical & dental courses (MBBS/BDS). Final selection for admission will be based on NEET Counseling 2017 so all qualified candidates in National Eligibility Entrance Test have to appear for Phase Counselling according to rank obtained in entrance exam.

NEET Counselling Procedure:

Applicants who had applied against National Eligibility Entrance Test and get qualified can appear in counseling process. But for that candidates need to go through below provided steps carefully.

Online Registration:

  • First step of qualified candidates in NEET exam is to register themselves by filling their basic details.
  • Without registration, candidates will not able to participate in the counselling procedure.
  • After registration, candidates will get a unique USER ID & PASSWORD in registered email Id & mobile number.
  • Thereafter, candidates have to register with the given user id & password for further procedure.

Choice Filling & Locking:

  • Now, candidates have to select the medical/dental colleges & courses as per their preference.
  • After final selection, candidates have to click on “Save” button & lock their choices. It is necessary to lock the choices.

Result Declaration:

  • Candidates will receive a SMS or email related to the allotted course & colleges after a few days of the counselling process.
  • The seats will be allotted to the candidates on the basis of rank & opted choice of colleges.

Reporting to the Allotted College:

  • After result announcement, candidates have to report in the allotted college and confirm their seat by paying the course fee.
  • In case, the candidate failed to report in the allotted college at the given time frame the seats will be given to the next candidate.

NEET Admission:

After getting seat, contenders have to report at the allotted college within a given time period. During admission, applicants have to bring their original documents for verification process. If any contestant fails to join at the allotted medical/dental college within a stipulated time, then candidate’s seat will be cancelled & will not be eligible for further rounds of counselling to get admission.

  • High School & Intermediate Mark Sheets
  • High School & Intermediate Passing Certificate
  • NEET 2017 Admit Card
  • NEET 2017 Rank Card/Rank Letter
  • Category Certificate (If Applicable)
  • Birth Certificate
  • Eight Passport size photograph (Six)
  • Provisional Allotment Letter
  • Identity Proof
