Students who have qualified SRM Joint Engineering Entrance Examination will participate in SRM University Counselling session. Those qualified SRMJEEE 2018 Exam may ensure UG/PG counselling process, counselling date, Seat Status.
You are required to carry original documents during SRM University Counselling 2018 session. Check SRM University Seat Availability Status from here. Seats will be allotted on the basis of rank in the merit list.
SRM University Counselling Dates 2018:
After successful organization of exam in 2nd week of 2018, Counselling will begin. Offline Counselling of SRMJEEE 2018 & Online Counselling of SRMJEEE 2018 will be held in 3rd week of May 2018 & Fourth week of May 2018.

SRM University Counselling
SRMJEEE 2018 Counselling Fee:
- Students have to pay registration fees of Rs.10,000 at the time of SRMLEEE Counselling 2018.
- Amount of fee is one-time non-refundable and non-transferable.
SRM University Counselling Process 2018:
SRMJEEE Counselling Procedure comprise of listed steps.
- Those who have qualified SRMJEEE 2018 Exam will appear for SRMJEEE 2018 Counselling at the specified date and time as listed in SRMJEEE Counselling Letter.
- Time and date of counselling is decided by the university based on rank of students in SRM Joint Engineering Entrance Examination.
- In case, you do not attend counselling then seat allotted to you will be canceled automatically.
Registration:
- At first step, you are required to register by visiting official portal.
- Log in the window by using the application number of SRMJEEE 2018, SRMJEEE 2018 rank, Programme applied & date of birth.
- You must have soft copy of qualifying marks sheet in jpg format ready.
- Based on previous year data, for kattankulathur campus, you must obtained PCM/PCB 60% and above, for Ramapuram campus, Vadapalani and NCR campus, 50% and above in PCM/PCB.
Submission of Registration fee:
Students are required to pay a registration fee of Rs.10,000/- along with tuition fee for the campus and programme chosen.

Submission of Documents for Verification:
- While appearing for SRM University 2018 Counselling, it is mandatory to carry essential documents.
- You may refer documents as listed below.
Allotment Of Seat:
- SRMJEEE Seat Allotment 2018 will take place on the basis of rank in the merit list and the preference.
- At time of registration, you need to choose options concerning admission.
- Allotment of seats to students will be based on availability and qualification.
Reporting to college:
Qualified candidates are required to report at the SRM university campus as per the timings allotted by the admission authority for final admission.

- Hall Ticket of SRMJEEE 2018
- Class X Mark Sheet
- Class XII (or equivalent) examination Mark Sheet
- Category Certificate (if applicable)
- Candidates need to submit demand draft for the tuition fee as specified in the counselling letter. The draft should be drawn in the favour of “SRMIST” payable at Chennai.
