OJEE is a state government centralized test for the admission to many private / governmental institutions in Odisha. This test is taken for the candidates who have passed intermediate in science stream and wants to take admission in engineering, medical or management courses. OJEE Counselling Procedure:
Online Registration: Aspirants must have to do their OJEE online registration by entering the JEE Main Roll No, Registration No, Date of Birth and other required details which is mentioned in the Rank Card. For this you have to visit to the official portal that is ojee.nic.in.
OJEE Counselling Registration Fee Payment: Candidates have to deposit Rs. 450/- (non-refundable) registration fee through online portal. Payment will be done after login to account and using ‘Fee Payment’ interface.

Online Choice Filling: Aspirants must choose the courses online by visiting the official website that is “ojee.nic.in” then go through the counseling brochure to know about the college’s course and other details. After paying fee candidates can go for choice filling. Candidate can ADD his/her choices of colleges and branches by pressing ADD button.
Reporting at Nodal Centers: payment of counseling fee, university registration fee, verification of documents, final choice locking and print out of final seat choice
Temporary seat allotment: Seat will be allotted to the candidates as per their choice. Candidates will be intimated through SMS at the registered mobile number. It is not final seat allotment, so don’t report at allotted Institution based upon this allotment.
Deposit Admission Fee: Candidates are required to Deposit Admission Fee Of Rs.25000/- (Rs.20000/- As Part Admission Fee + Rs5000/- As University Regd. Fee). Fee can be paid on any Branch of State Bank of India or Axis Bank by Challan.
Withdrawal Process: During this step Students can withdraw by filling up a withdrawal form at the nodal centre where he/she had verified his/her documents. Withdrawal forms can be till the last date as given below. Candidates will be refunded Rs. 25000/- (Admission fee) in the account registered at nodal centre while withdrawing.
Final Allotment: After the provisional seat allotment and withdrawal process on the official website the final allotment list will be generated and Students can download their Final Allotment Letters.

- Candidates have to pay Rs. 450/- as a counseling fee.
- Students who are willing to take admission through JEE Main/ AIPMT/ CAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ MAT/ GATE/ GPAT, they have to pay Rs.950/- (approx.) as a fee.
- Fee is to be paid through demand draft drawn in favour of “OJEE” from any nationalized bank, payable at Bhubaneshwar.
