NEET PG Cutoff 2022 – Tie Breaker

If two or more students obtain the same marks in the NEET PG 2022 merit list, then NBE employs the NEET MD/MS tie-breaking method which is explained as follows:

• Greater number of correct responses – Candidates with a greater no. of correct answers will be placed higher in the NEET PG 2022 merit list.
• Lesser number of negative responses – If the tie still exists, aspirants with fewer negative responses will be given the upper rank.
• Age Factor – The older candidate will be preferred.
• Higher aggregate marks in MBBS – Aspirants having higher aggregate marks (in percentage) in all MBBS professional exams will be placed higher in the NEET PG merit list 2022.
