SSC CGL ExamStaff Selection Commission has issued a notification regarding SSC CGL Exam. Candidates who are willing to apply against Assistant, Inspector, Sub Inspector, Accountant, Investigator posts may appear for SSC CGL Tier-1 Exam that will be held on 08th & 22nd May, 2016. Willing aspirants must fill online application form on or before the last date.

PART-I Registration form should be submitted till 10th March 2016 and PART-II Registration should be submitted will 14th March 2016. Staff selection commission conducts Combined Graduate Level Exam (CGL) to recruit capable contenders for filling up different categories of posts in various govt. Ministries / Departments / Organizations.

Selection Procedure:

The decision to select the candidates is based on their performance in the following rounds. Selection process will contain Tier –I, Tier –II and Tier –III.

Salary Details:

From Sr. No. 01 to 14 selected candidates will be paid Rs. 9300 – 34800/- with Grade Pay Rs. 4200/ 4600/ 4800/- per month and candidates selected for other posts will be paid Rs. 5,200 – 20,200/- with Grade Pay Rs. 2800 / 2400/- per month as salary.

Application Fee:

  • Appliers need to submit Rs. 100/- as an application fee for SSC CGL exam.
  • Job seekers who belong to SC/ ST/ PWD/ ex -servicemen/ Women category are exempted from payment of application fee.
  • Fee should be paid only through State Bank of India either in the form of challan or through SBI Net Banking/any Credit or Debit Card.

Procedure to fill SSC CGL application form:

  • Open official website of Staff selection commission which is sscregistration.nic.in to fill online application form.
  • Go to ‘examination’ tab available at top menu bar.
  • A further list will appear, choose ‘PART-I Registration’ link.
  • Now fill the PART-I Registration form properly and after that go to ‘PART-II Registration’ section from home page.
  • Fill PART-II Registration form and Upload soft copy of your recent passport size photograph and signature in required size.
  • Make payment of fee through desired mode.
  • Take a preview of filled in form and at last submit the form successfully by hitting ‘submit’ tab.
  • Take the print out of filled system generated application form and retained it for future use.
